• All Deepali Jewels creations are made to order to ensure craftsmanship, quality, and exclusivity.

• Please allow 12–15 business days for production, including gemstone selection, setting, finishing, and quality assurance.

• Custom or personalized orders may take additional time, depending on complexity. You will be notified of the estimated delivery schedule via email or WhatsApp.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

• Domestic (India):
  Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2–6 business days, depending on your location and courier service coverage.

• International Shipping:
  We deliver to select international destinations. Delivery may take 5–12 business days post dispatch. Timelines vary based on country-specific customs clearance processes.

Note: Unexpected delays (weather, strikes, customs, etc.) are beyond our control, but our team will proactively support you in such cases.

3. Shipping Charges

• India:

  • Free shipping on all domestic orders above ₹10,000.

  • A flat shipping charge may apply for orders below ₹10,000—clearly visible at checkout.

• International:

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on your destination and order weight. Final charges will be shown during checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes levied by their respective countries.

4. Shipment Insurance

• All shipments, both domestic and international, are 100% insured against loss, damage, or theft during transit.

• In the rare event of a delivery issue, our team will coordinate with the logistics partner and work swiftly to investigate and resolve the concern.

• Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving a damaged or tampered parcel with supporting photographs.

Every Deepali Jewels order is packed with elegance and care to enhance your unboxing experience:

Your package will include:

• A tamper-evident, luxury box

• Jewellery care guide with storage and cleaning tips

• Certificate of authenticity (for diamonds and gold)

• GST invoice

• Optional: Gifting accessories, personalised messages, or pouches if selected during checkout

6. Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS.

• You may also contact our support team to get live updates on the shipment status.

7. Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy

• Please ensure that the shipping address, PIN code, and contact number are accurate at the time of checkout.

• Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If undelivered, the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.

8. In-Store Pickup (Jaipur Only)

• You may choose to collect your order from our flagship store in Jaipur. Please contact us after placing your order to coordinate a convenient pickup time.
